Terms of Use
Welcome to My AI Circle (the "App"), an independent project ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use My AI Circle. The App is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store (Apple's highest age tier), but our Terms require you to be at least 18 because that's the age of contract in most jurisdictions.
Your account
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID safe — anything done from your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else has access, email us at aicircle@dropmsg.in.
What AI Circle does
AI Circle lets you chat with AI characters and create your own characters for personal use. The AI is powered by third-party language models. It can be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
What you agree not to do
Please don't use the App, or instruct any AI character, to:
- create sexual content involving minors;
- impersonate real people or create deepfakes of them without consent;
- promote terrorism, serious violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
- harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
- try to bypass our safety filters or extract internal prompts;
- copy our service to build a competing one or train another AI on it;
- break the law or App Store rules.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account.
Characters you create
You can build characters for your own use. They stay private to your account — we don't publish them. You're responsible for what you create. Don't make a character that:
- represents a real person without their permission;
- is named, described, or implied to be under 18;
- is designed to break the rules above.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews each billing period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds. Apple handles all refunds under their App Store refund policy. We don't offer prorated refunds.
- Price changes. We may change pricing for future billing periods and will notify you in advance where required.
AI output
You can use the AI output you receive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Similar output may be generated for other users. We and our model providers keep all rights in the underlying models.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It's part of these Terms.
Closing your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account. We may close your account if you break these Terms or if we can't keep operating the App lawfully.
No warranties
The App is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or offensive. You use the App at your own risk.
Limit on our liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD 50 if greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless local consumer law gives you a different right.
Apple's EULA
If conflicts arise between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, Apple's EULA controls only your relationship with Apple.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll let you know about significant changes through the App or by email.
